Term 2 Student Pick Up Times
If you are entering and leaving the school through the Gilba Road gates, students will be waiting on the top astroturf – under the green cover.
Parents do not have to pick up children from inside the school. Parents are encouraged to consider other options aside from picking up children on school grounds. Children could walk home, wait for you outside the school gate or use the Kiss‘n’drop zone.
If you wish to pick up your child from inside the school, please enter and leave through the same gate – do not cross the playground
All parents, including Kindergarten, should not wait for their child outside their classroom.
Term 2 School finishing times
From Tuesday 20 April, 2021 the finishing times for students will be as follows:
2.45pm Kindergarten, Year 1, Year 2 and Support Unit
3.00pm Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6
Morning organisation
Between 8.30 – 9.00am parents can walk students to the classroom to drop off their bags. Parents must then leave the school grounds. No gathering of adults on the school grounds.
Late arrival after 9.10am – Parents take students to the school office. The office will note student’s arrival and send them to class. Parents leave the school grounds. The student’s arrival time will be recorded on the attendance register.
Picking up students before 3.00pm
Parents should inform the class teacher if they intend to pick up students prior to the end of the school day.
Please note: No pick-up of students between 11.00 - 11.20am and 1.00 - 2.00pm. Students are in the playground and cannot be individually contacted.
